To Diet Chef or to Cambridge

Hey everyone..

So I just weighed myself for the first time in 178 on my wii balance board!! whhooppsie!
And first of all it said that I had gained 6lbs since then.
Which to be honest, im not bothered about. There is a reason for this diet so its now a fresh start!

so here it is....

Weight on 12th Jan 2011 is 14s 8lbs around 93kilos (I think)

so after i took a massive sigh, and at least now I know I have to keep going and getting those numbers down.

In my post below I talked about going back onto the Cambridge Diet at the end of the month.... well I might have changed my mind.

A girl at work told me about dietchef and at first I was like

no thanks.... cambridge will work fine again blah blah blah

Now I seem to keep wandering back onto their website! *confused*
so what makes them different is that with dietchef your actually eating... where as with cambridge its soups bars and shakes!


Dietchef consists of meals that are already calorie controlled and packed. All you have to do is heat it up and add some veg.

SOUNDS AMAZING TO ME!!

So at the moment i'm debating about going on to it, how ever just watched pixiwoo's video and sam is currently on this diet and 3 weeks in i think and she has lost 12lbs! WOWZER

Keep posted on what diet im going with.

  4. Good luck with the diet! Loads of my friends have done the Dukan Diet which worked really quickly but it's heavily protein based... xxx
