Wow it's been a crazy long weekend which has been amazing for me.... i mean I love these bank holidays but I've spoilt myself by taking off those 3 days in-between.... which means...

So here is a few things i've got up to so far =)

2. My mums 50th... her 3rd party I might add.... she parties like the queen. Here are a few from our house party.

What amazing colours. Absolutely perfect for spring/summer. I will definitely be bringing these away with me on my holiday ( look lush with a tan )

So Peaches & Cream is a Sheen finish , Bare All is a Matte finish, Papaya Punch is a Matte finish, and Cherry is a Sheen finish.

I purchased my Sleek Lippies from Superdrug in Lakeside, and they were on an offer 2 for £6.00, so for £12 I got 4. One happy girl =)

Jessie J Nobody's Perfect Makeup

WOW... Jessie J.... WHAT A WOMAN!
She is my girl crush and the latest video from her is just amazing. From a trainee MUA eyes, the video is filled with inspiring make-up looks, use of props and colours. I'm not going to lie, I've watched it about 10 times already... =/

I picked this look to recreate as I found it quite bold looking. The strong lip colour, the darkness of the eyes. I loved the way it drew me in so I decided why not recreate this look ( to the best of my ability )

If you want to see me recreate this look the video is below for you!
Also, if you want to request any looks from his video or any look for that matter let me know!! =)

*NEW* Batiste Brit Dry Shampoo

I received an email a few days ago from the lovely Lisa from JWPR telling me about the new Batiste Dry Shampoo range called 'BRIT'.

Here is what they say:

Description: Batiste BRIT can
Description: Batiste logo

Wedding Belles

Low down: Batiste Brit – something old, new, borrowed and blue is all well and good for the bride, but something BATISTE is the best choice for the rest of us on the Royal Wedding Day!  Make the most of every minute of your extra day off; forget the time consuming hair wash and blowdry routine and reach for a can of Batiste Brit instead.
UPS: It’s the quickest, easiest and most convenient way to refresh and revitalise greasy, dull, lifeless hair, instantly leaving it feeling clean full of body and fabulously fragrant. Great for the bride to take on honeymoon too; surely there’ll be better things on the agenda than washing her hair.....?
How to use:  Keep the nozzle about 30cm from your hair and spray into the roots. Massage through with fingertips, leave for a few minutes and brush out – it’s quick, easy and convenient.
RRP Price: £2.13,150ml
Stockists: Exclusive to Superdrug

What I say:

I love dry shampoo. Its just so convenient to use for in-between washes when your hair starts to look a little greasy. Plus it's an absolute god send when your at a festival =)

Anywho, I tested this one out and first of all let me tell you.... the smell of the 'BRIT' is gorgeous! It's sooo fresh. Hard to describe but its just... fresh =)

Here is my hair in-between washes.

Before using 'BRIT' *WITH FLASH*

Before using 'BRIT' *WITHOUT FLASH*

Sprayed on 30cm away from hair and combed through

The end result

Like I said before, I love the idea of dry shampoo, especially when your on the move and you just don't have the time to wash your hair. Just a few quick sprays, a quick comb through and your ready and out the door!

*BLUSHBLENDBEAUTY TIP* Use on just washed hair to create volume along with back combing! The hold is incredible as it adds texture to your hair =)

Disclaimer: This product was sent to me for free, however my honest opinion cost nothing!! It's so important to me that products are truly reviewed with an honest meaning. Nothing worse than being lied to all in the name of a free gift!!
